Processing Time:

All items are printed to order to reduce waste and support local production.

Please allow 2 to 7 business days for your item to be prepared before dispatch.

To ensure safe delivery, items in select bundles may ship separately.

Shipping Times & Carriers:

We ship using reliable standard postal or courier services.

Approximate delivery times (after dispatch) are:

• United Kingdom: 2–4 working days (considered lost after 5)

• European Union: 5–7 working days (considered lost after 15)

• United States: 3–17 working days (considered lost after 28)

Multiple Parcels for Bundles

Some bundles, such as those combining different item types (e.g. calendars and sticker sheets, or journals and tote bags), may be shipped in separate parcels. This ensures each item is printed and packaged in the best possible condition. 

If part of your bundle arrives first, the remaining items are likely still on their way. We’ll always aim to minimise delays and keep shipping impact low by using local fulfilment where possible.

 

Important Information for U.S. Customers – Updated August 2025

As of August 29, 2025, the U.S. will end its de minimis exemption on imported goods. This means that more orders shipped from the UK or EU may now be subject to import duties, tariffs, or customs fees, regardless of the order total.

Many of our products are printed and shipped from within the USA, so in most cases no additional fees will apply. However, some items may be produced in the UK or EU depending on availability and your location.

Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes or customs fees that may be applied by U.S. Customs upon arrival. If you’re unsure or concerned about potential charges, feel free to contact us before ordering, and we’ll be happy to confirm where a specific product ships from and whether additional fees are likely.
