Refund policy

We want you to love your order. If something’s not right, we’ll do our best to help.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us within 14 days if it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Include clear photos of the product and packaging so we can assess the issue.

If approved, we’ll arrange a free replacement or refund and send you a return shipping label with instructions.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalised products are non-refundable unless faulty or damaged.

This includes made-to-order items with custom text or artwork.

 

Change of Mind / Non-Personalised Items

You may return non-personalised items within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

Please contact us before sending anything back; items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

Sale Items & Gift Cards

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the unwanted item for a refund, then place a new order.

 

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow extra time for your bank or card provider to complete processing.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us.

 

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

EU Customers: You have a legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. This applies to eligible items as described above.

 

Multiple Parcels for Bundles

Some bundles, such as those combining different product types (e.g. calendars and sticker sheets, or journals and tote bags), may be shipped in separate parcels to ensure each arrives in the best condition. If part of your bundle arrives first, the remaining items are likely still on their way.
